Due to the intimate nature of personal care products, Amorphous Perfume offers returns or exchanges on unopened and sealed fragrance bottles within 30 days of purchase. We prioritize hygiene and product integrity to ensure every customer receives a pristine, untainted olfactory experience.

  Ensure your fragrance remains in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging; opened or tested bottles are ineligible for return due to sanitary regulations.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the item in its original shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent glass breakage during transit and include your return authorization slip.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus initial shipping costs.
